The more specific the better — what you did, what happened, what you expected. If a document is involved, say what was in it.
A purchase that went wrong
Say which email address you bought with and I will sort it out by hand. There is no account to lose access to.
Feature requests
Worth sending. Minium exists because the app I wanted didn't, so I am sympathetic.
Before you write
The user guide covers the whole app, and there are walkthroughs on the YouTube channel — the answer may already be in one of them.
